Your Role
As a CNA, you will be the heart of patient care. You will work closely with our nursing staff to ensure our residents and patients receive the highest quality of life and medical attention.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming assistance.
- Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure, pulse, and respiration rates.
- Assist patients with mobility, transfers, and walking as necessary.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly environment for patients.
- Document patient care activities, symptoms, and progress accurately.
- Offer emotional support and companionship to patients and families.
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding for patients with dietary restrictions.
Qualifications
- Current and unencumbered North Carolina CNA license.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required.
- One year of clinical experience preferred but not mandatory for high-energy candidates.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift patients for extended periods.
- Compassionate demeanor with a focus on patient dignity and respect.
