Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate personal care assistance to residents including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Monitor and document vital signs, health conditions, and patient responses to care
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning to ensure patient safety
- Support meal service and monitor nutritional intake
- Collaborate with nursing staff to implement individualized care plans
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for patients
Qualifications
- Current Oregon CNA certification in good standing
- Minimum 6 months recent experience in long-term care or acute care settings
- Valid CPR/BLS certification
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
