Responsibilities
- Delight patients with compassionate daily care (bathing, dressing, feeding)
- Accurately monitor and document vital signs
- Assist with mobility transfers and ambulation
- Support medication administration under RN supervision
- Maintain clean, sanitized patient environments
- Collaborate with healthcare teams for holistic care
- Respond promptly to patient call lights and needs
Qualifications
- Active Texas CNA certification required
- Minimum 6 months healthcare experience preferred
- BLS/CPR certification (or obtainable within 30 days)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for 8+ hours
- Strong communication and empathy skills
- Flexibility to work rotating schedules
- Pass background/drug screening
