Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality personal care assistance to patients including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Monitor vital signs and document patient observations accurately
- Assist with mobility transfers and patient positioning
- Support meal preparation and feeding assistance as needed
- Collaborate with RNs and healthcare team to develop care plans
- Maintain clean, safe patient environments
- Respond promptly to patient call lights and needs
Qualifications
- Active Pennsylvania CNA certification required
- Minimum 1 year experience in long-term care or acute setting
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
