Responsibilities
- Delight patients with compassionate care including bathing, dressing, and mobility assistance
- Monitor vital signs and document patient status accurately
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding as needed
- Maintain clean, sanitized environments and equipment
- Collaborate seamlessly with RNs and medical staff
- Respond promptly to patient call systems and emergencies
- Adhere strictly to HIPAA and facility protocols
Qualifications
- Valid Illinois CNA certification required
- Minimum 1 year recent clinical experience
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Flexible availability for day/evening/weekend shifts
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Pass background check and drug screening
