Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate daily care to residents including bathing, dressing, and mobility assistance
- Monitor and record vital signs, fluid intake/output, and resident conditions
- Assist with medication administration under RN supervision
- Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement care plans
- Maintain accurate resident documentation and electronic medical records
- Respond promptly to resident call lights and emergency situations
- Support residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) and emotional needs
Qualifications
- Current NM Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in good standing
- Minimum 1 year of recent CNA experience in long-term care or hospital setting
- BLS/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong communication skills and compassionate bedside manner
- Availability for night shifts (7 PM - 7 AM) with flexible scheduling options
- Pass background check and pre-employment health screening
