About the Role:
As a CNA, you will play a crucial role in the daily care and well-being of our patients. We are looking for individuals who are reliable, empathetic, and ready to start immediately.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming assistance.
- Monitor and record patient vital signs, such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse.
- Assist nurses and physicians with examinations and treatments as directed.
- Feed and hydrate patients according to their dietary requirements.
- Maintain a clean, sanitized, and safe patient environment.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team.
- Report any changes in patient condition or safety concerns immediately.
Qualifications
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license valid in the state of Florida.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and CPR certification.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Strong physical stamina and ability to lift and move patients.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
