Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality direct patient care, including assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs).
- Monitor and record vital signs and patient health status accurately.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the nurse manager.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and the healthcare team.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, safe, and therapeutic environment for residents.
- Respond promptly to emergency situations and call lights.
Qualifications
- Valid and current CNA Certification (State of Arizona).
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Previous experience in a nursing or healthcare setting is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks.
- Compassionate demeanor and a genuine desire to help others.
