Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care including bathing, feeding, and mobility assistance
- Monitor vital signs and report changes to nursing staff
- Assist with patient documentation and charting
- Maintain clean, sanitized patient environments
- Support patient emotional well-being and communication
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
- Adhere to HIPAA and hospital safety protocols
Qualifications
- Active Georgia CNA certification required
- Minimum 1 year hospital or long-term care experience
- BLS/CPR certification preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
- Basic computer proficiency for documentation
