Responsibilities
- Delight patients with personalized care plans and daily living assistance
- Accurately monitor and document vital signs and patient observations
- Assist with mobility transfers and therapeutic exercises
- Maintain clean, safe patient environments following infection protocols
- Collaborate seamlessly with RNs and interdisciplinary care teams
- Respond promptly to patient call lights and emergency situations

Qualifications
- Active Nebraska CNA certification in good standing
- Minimum 1 year acute care or long-term experience
- BLS/CPR certification from recognized provider
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs
- Proficient with EHR documentation systems
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends/holidays
