Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care including bathing, dressing, and mobility assistance
- Monitor and document vital signs with precision
- Assist with feeding and nutritional support
- Collaborate with RNs and medical staff for coordinated care
- Maintain sterile environments and infection control protocols
- Support patient emotional well-being and communication needs
- Accurately complete electronic health records
Qualifications
- Active Indiana CNA certification required
- Minimum 1 year acute care experience preferred
- BLS/CPR certification (or obtain within 30 days)
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Flexibility to work 12-hour shifts including weekends
