Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate patient care including bathing, dressing, and mobility assistance
- Monitor and document vital signs and patient conditions
- Assist with daily living activities and nutrition
- Collaborate with RNs and medical teams for seamless care delivery
- Maintain clean, organized patient environments
- Adhere to HIPAA and facility-specific protocols
Qualifications
- Active Arizona CNA certification
- Minimum 1 year recent CNA experience
- BLS/CPR certification required
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Phoenix-based transportation required
