Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional patient care including bathing, dressing, and feeding
- Monitor vital signs and report changes to nursing staff
- Assist patients with mobility and transfers using proper techniques
- Maintain accurate patient documentation and records
- Ensure a clean, safe environment following infection control protocols
- Support patients with activities of daily living (ADLs)
Qualifications
- Active Tennessee CNA certification
- Minimum 1 year acute care experience
- Flexibility to work 8-12 hour shifts
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Pass background check and health screening
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
