Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate patient care including bathing, dressing, and feeding assistance
- Monitor and document vital signs, patient conditions, and care activities
- Assist with mobility transfers, ambulation, and medical equipment use
- Support healthcare professionals during treatments and examinations
- Maintain a clean, safe environment following infection control protocols
- Build trust through attentive communication with patients and families
Qualifications
- Valid California CNA certification in good standing
- Minimum 1 year recent CNA experience in acute care or long-term setting
- BLS/CPR certification required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Spanish bilingual preferred (not required)
