Responsibilities
- Provide daily personal care assistance including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Monitor and document vital signs, food intake, and behavioral changes
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and range-of-motion exercises
- Administer medications under proper supervision and documentation
- Support activities of daily living in a home-like environment
- Maintain clean and safe resident areas following infection control protocols
- Communicate effectively with healthcare team and family members
Qualifications
- Nebraska CNA certification in good standing
- Minimum 6 months of recent CNA experience preferred
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong communication skills and empathy for elderly residents
- Reliable transportation and flexible availability
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Basic computer skills for documentation
