Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate assistance with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming)
- Monitor and record vital signs & patient observations
- Assist with mobility transfers and positioning
- Administer medications under RN supervision
- Document patient care accurately in EMR systems
- Collaborate with nursing team on patient care plans
- Maintain a clean, safe patient environment
Qualifications
- Active Oregon CNA certification required
- Minimum 6 months recent CNA experience
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds with proper techniques
- Clear criminal background check & drug screening
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work weekends/holidays
- EMR proficiency preferred (Epic/Meditech)
