Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional daily patient care including bathing, dressing, and mobility assistance
- Monitor vital signs and document patient health status accurately
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding as required

Qualifications
- Active MA CNA certification in good standing
- Minimum 1 year recent clinical experience
- BLS/CPR certification required
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
