Responsibilities
- Prepare patients for treatment and assist dentists during procedures
- Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays)
- Manage infection control protocols and sterilize instruments
- Maintain accurate patient records and digital documentation
- Order inventory and manage dental supply rooms
- Provide post-operative instructions to patients
- Assist in scheduling and coordinating front desk operations
Qualifications
- Accredited Dental Assistant certification (or equivalent experience)
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Michigan state dental radiography license
- Minimum 2 years clinical experience in general dentistry
- Proficiency in Eaglesoft or DentalSoft software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
