Responsibilities
- Provide virtual patient support including medication reminders and health monitoring
- Document care activities accurately in our HIPAA-compliant system
- Collaborate with RNs and therapists to coordinate care plans
- Conduct virtual wellness checks and health assessments
- Assist with scheduling and care coordination logistics
- Maintain strict confidentiality and compliance standards
- Participate in ongoing virtual training and team meetings
Qualifications
- Active Maryland CNA certification required
- Basic computer literacy and internet access
- Strong communication and empathy skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Comfort with telehealth technology and video conferencing
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including evenings/weekends
- CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Pass background check and drug screening
