Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as needed
- Administer prescribed medications and monitor vital signs
- Transport clients to medical appointments and errands
- Perform light housekeeping duties (laundry, dishes, tidying)
- Offer companionship and engage clients in meaningful activities
- Document care notes and report changes in client condition
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional home health aide experience
- Nevada state HHA certification or willingness to obtain immediately
- Valid Nevada driver's license and reliable vehicle
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Clear background check and TB test results
- Strong communication skills and empathy for elderly clients
