- Admin & Clinical Duties: Prepare examination rooms, sterilize instruments, and manage patient intake forms efficiently.
- Infection Control: Adhere to strict safety protocols and hygiene standards to protect patients and staff.
- Phlebotomy: Draw blood samples and prepare specimens for laboratory analysis as required.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional patient education and support to ensure high satisfaction rates.
Qualifications
- Certification: Current CMA or RMA certification from an accredited institution.
- Licensure: Valid Michigan state license (if required by specific role).
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience in a fast-paced healthcare setting.
- Skills: Proficiency in Electronic Health Records (EHR) software and basic medical terminology.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients of all backgrounds.
