Responsibilities
- Perform routine administrative and clinical duties in a fast-paced medical office.
- Measure vital signs (blood pressure, temperature, pulse) and record patient data accurately.
- Prepare patients for examinations and assist providers during visits.
- Manage patient intake, insurance verification, and electronic health records (EHR).
- Assist with phlebotomy and basic laboratory testing as required.
- Maintain a clean, sterile, and organized clinical environment.
Qualifications
- Current CMA (Certified Medical Assistant) or RMA (Registered Medical Assistant) certification.
- Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required.
- 1-2 years of experience in a clinical or ambulatory care setting preferred.
- Strong computer literacy and proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR).
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
- Ability to lift and move patients safely as needed.
