- Greet patients warmly and professionally upon arrival, managing the check-in/check-out process efficiently.
- Answer multi-line phone systems with a friendly voice, answering inquiries and routing calls appropriately.
- Schedule patient appointments via phone and EMR systems, ensuring accurate documentation.
- Verify patient insurance information and handle co-pays and payments accurately.
- Manage patient records, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy of medical files.
- Collaborate with medical staff to ensure a smooth workflow in the front office.

Responsibilities

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience as a Medical Receptionist, Front Desk Coordinator, or in a customer service role preferred.
- Strong computer proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and EMR systems (Epic, AthenaHealth, etc.) is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask in a busy, fast-paced environment.
- Professional demeanor and a genuine passion for helping others.
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology and insurance processes.
