Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate care to patients including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Assist with mobility transfers and ambulation
- Monitor vital signs and report changes to nursing staff
- Document patient care accurately and timely
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding
- Maintain clean and safe patient environments
- Support emotional well-being of patients and families
Qualifications
- Active KY CNA certification required
- Minimum 1 year recent CNA experience preferred
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Background check and drug screen clearance
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including evenings
