Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate patient care including bathing, dressing, and feeding assistance
- Monitor and record vital signs with precision and attention to detail
- Assist patients with mobility, positioning, and transportation
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Collaborate with RNs and healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Adhere to strict infection control and safety protocols
- Support emotional well-being through patient interaction and observation
Qualifications
- Active Florida CNA certification required
- Minimum 1 year hospital or acute care experience
- BLS/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- Proficient in electronic health record systems
- Pass background check and drug screening
