Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate patient care including bathing, dressing, and feeding assistance
- Monitor vital signs and report changes to nursing staff
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and medical equipment
- Maintain accurate patient documentation and charts
- Serve meals and ensure nutritional needs are met
- Support emotional well-being through patient interaction

Qualifications
- Active NC CNA certification in good standing
- Minimum 6 months recent CNA experience
- BLS/CPR certification required
