Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality telehealth nursing services to patients across diverse medical specialties
- Conduct virtual patient assessments, develop care plans, and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams
- Administer medications and treatments remotely while maintaining strict safety protocols
- Document patient encounters accurately in Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems
- Educate patients on health management, treatment plans, and preventive care
- Respond to urgent patient inquiries and triage emergent situations appropriately
- Collaborate with on-site staff to ensure seamless continuity of care
Qualifications
- Active Ohio RN license with no disciplinary actions
- Minimum 2 years of clinical nursing experience
- BLS/CPR certification and current malpractice insurance
- Proficiency in telehealth platforms and EHR systems (Epic, Cerner)
- Exceptional communication skills for virtual patient interactions
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience in chronic disease management or case management preferred
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
