Responsibilities

- Collaborate with pharmacists on clinical tasks and medication safety protocols
- Maintain sterile compounding areas and pharmaceutical equipment
- Assist with vaccination administration and health screenings
Qualifications
- Active California Pharmacy Technician license (PTCB or ExCPT certified)
- Minimum 1 year acute care or retail pharmacy experience
- Proficiency in pharmacy management software (e.g., QS1, Omnicell)
- Strong knowledge of HIPAA compliance and medication safety protocols
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work efficiently in high-pressure environments
- Basic IV compounding certification preferred
- Flexibility to work rotating weekends and holidays
