Responsibilities
- Perform venipuncture and capillary blood draws with precision and patient comfort
- Process and handle specimens according to HIPAA and CLIA regulations
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Ensure proper equipment calibration and supply inventory

Qualifications
- Current California Phlebotomy Technician certification (CPT or equivalent)
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience in phlebotomy
- BLS/CPR certification required

- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments
