Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care in emergency, critical care, or specialized units
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Monitor patient vitals and document electronic health records
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans
- Adhere to HIPAA and hospital safety protocols
Qualifications
- Active MI RN license (or compact state license)
- BSN or Associate Degree in Nursing
- BLS/ACLS certification required
- 2+ years clinical experience preferred
