Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional patient care across diverse medical units with precision and empathy
- Administer medications and treatments per physician protocols with meticulous documentation
- Monitor patient vitals and respond rapidly to changes in clinical status
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
- Educate patients/families on health conditions and discharge protocols
- Maintain strict compliance with HIPAA and hospital safety standards
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and process optimization
Qualifications
- Active Florida RN license (or compact license with quick conversion)
- BSN preferred; ADN with 2+ years acute care experience considered
- BLS certification; ACLS/PALS required for specialty units
- Minimum 1 year recent acute care or critical care experience
- Proficiency in Epic EHR system
- Strong critical thinking and emergency response skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
