Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care in accordance with established protocols and standards
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing interventions for assigned patients
- Administer medications and treatments accurately while monitoring patient responses
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated patient care
- Document patient information and care plans using electronic health records
- Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding health conditions
- Adhere to all safety regulations and infection control procedures
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Ohio
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN preferred)
- Minimum 1-2 years of clinical nursing experience in acute care
- ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications required
- Strong assessment skills and critical thinking abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments
- Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems
