About the Role
As a remote RN, you'll provide high-quality patient care through telehealth platforms, coordinate treatment plans, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams. This position requires strong clinical skills and the ability to thrive in a virtual setting while maintaining the highest standards of patient safety.
Responsibilities
- Conduct remote patient assessments and health evaluations
- Develop and implement personalized care plans
- Administer medications and monitor treatment efficacy
- Document patient encounters accurately in EHR systems
- Coordinate care transitions and referrals
- Educate patients on chronic disease management
- Respond to urgent patient inquiries and triage needs
- Collaborate with healthcare providers for comprehensive care
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Nevada
- BSN degree preferred (ADN accepted with experience)
- Minimum 2 years clinical nursing experience
- Telehealth or remote care certification preferred
- Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
- Proficiency with EHR systems and telehealth platforms
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
