Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care in emergency/trauma settings
- Administer medications and treatments per physician protocols
- Monitor patient vitals and respond to critical changes
- Document assessments using EHR systems with precision
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for coordinated care
- Educate patients/families on treatment plans
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA/JCAHO standards
Qualifications
- Active California RN license
- BSN degree (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years acute care nursing experience
- BLS/ACLS certifications required
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Ability to work independently in high-pressure environments
- Flexibility for rotating night shifts
- Experience with Epic EHR preferred
