Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in accordance with established nursing standards and protocols
- Administer medications and treatments accurately while monitoring patient responses
- Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes in electronic health records
- Respond to emergency situations with calm professionalism and critical thinking
- Supervise nursing assistants and delegate tasks appropriately

Qualifications
- Active Kansas Registered Nurse license (RN) required
- Minimum 2 years of acute care nursing experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications (required); ACLS preferred
- Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions during night shift
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
