Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients across diverse units including ICU, ER, and Telemetry
- Administer medications, treatments, and procedures with precision and compassion
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Document patient assessments and progress accurately in electronic health records
- Respond promptly to emergency situations with critical thinking and calm expertise
- Mentor junior staff and participate in quality improvement initiatives
- Ensure strict adherence to HIPAA and hospital safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid Arizona RN license (or compact license with quick Arizona application)
- BSN or Associate's degree in Nursing (BSN preferred)
- Minimum 1 year acute care experience in night shift
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
- Strong critical thinking and emergency response skills
- Experience with Epic EMR system preferred
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Flexibility to work rotating weekends and holidays
