Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care and support throughout the nursing process.
- Monitor patient health and administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Document patient observations, care plans, and responses to treatment accurately.
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and the healthcare team to optimize patient outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, safety protocols, and regulatory standards.
- Respond effectively to medical emergencies and critical situations.
Qualifications
- Current, unencumbered RN license in the State of Texas.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification required.
- Previous experience in a hospital or clinical setting preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
