Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive nursing care across diverse patient populations in acute care settings
- Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and document patient progress with precision
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
- Provide patient and family education on health conditions and treatment protocols
- Maintain strict compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and hospital safety regulations

Qualifications
- Active RN license in Massachusetts (compact license accepted)
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred; ADN candidates with experience considered
- Minimum 2 years of recent clinical experience in acute care or specialty unit
- BLS and ACLS certifications required; additional certifications a plus
- Excellent communication skills and ability to thrive in high-pressure situations
