Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality direct patient care in accordance with nursing standards and protocols
- Administer medications and treatments accurately while monitoring patient responses
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes in electronic health records
- Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding health management
- Assist in emergency situations and prioritize critical patient needs
- Maintain strict compliance with infection control and safety regulations
Qualifications
- Active Oregon RN license in good standing
- BSN degree or equivalent experience required (ADN candidates with 2+ years experience considered)
- BLS certification; ACLS preferred
- Minimum 1 year acute care or relevant specialty experience
- Strong critical thinking and clinical judgment skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
