Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care including assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and evaluation
- Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and document patient progress accurately
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatment options, and preventive care
- Maintain strict adherence to infection control protocols and safety regulations

Qualifications
- Current and unrestricted Oklahoma RN license (compact license accepted)
- BSN degree preferred (ADN candidates with 2+ years experience considered)
- Minimum 2 years acute care hospital experience
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
