Responsibilities
- Deliver patient-centered care in diverse clinical settings including ER, ICU, and telemetry units
- Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and document patient records with precision
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans

Qualifications
- Active Illinois RN license with no disciplinary actions
- Minimum 1 year of acute care experience in a hospital setting
- BLS/ACLS certification (required) and TNCC/PALS preferred
- Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments and diverse patient populations
- Strong critical thinking and clinical decision-making skills
- Flexibility to work various shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
