Responsibilities
- Provide virtual patient assessments via telehealth platform
- Administer medications and treatment plans remotely
- Coordinate care with multidisciplinary teams
- Document patient interactions in EMR systems
- Educate patients on health management protocols
- Respond to urgent patient inquiries within SLAs
- Participate in virtual case conferences
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Pennsylvania (or compact state)
