Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive patient assessments and develop personalized care plans via telehealth platforms
- Administer medications, treatments, and interventions according to clinical protocols
- Monitor patient vitals and respond to emergency situations with rapid intervention protocols
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care and treatment adherence
- Document patient encounters accurately in electronic health records (EHR) systems
- Educate patients on health management, medication adherence, and preventive care
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives and clinical reviews
Qualifications
- Active Oregon RN license (unrestricted)
- BSN or Associate's Degree in Nursing (MSN preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of clinical nursing experience in acute care or specialty setting
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Proficiency with telehealth technology and EHR systems
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making abilities in remote environments
- Exceptional communication skills with diverse patient populations
