Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care in assigned clinical units (ICU, ER, Med-Surg)
- Adhere to hospital protocols and state nursing regulations
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for patient-centered care
- Document patient records accurately and timely
- Assess patient conditions and implement nursing interventions
- Provide patient/family education on health management
- Participate in shift handovers and team meetings
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Texas or compact state
- 1+ years of acute care experience in specialty area
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Graduated from accredited nursing program
- Ability to adapt quickly to new environments
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills
- Flexibility for rotating shifts and weekend assignments
