Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Develop and articulate a comprehensive 3-year technology strategy aligned with business goals, focusing on scalability, security, and AI integration.
- Lead Emerging Tech Integration: Identify, evaluate, and oversee the implementation of cutting-edge technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Quantum Computing, Edge Computing) to maintain a competitive edge.
- Technical Governance: Establish architectural standards and best practices to ensure system integrity, data security, and performance optimization across all departments.
- Stakeholder Management: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable insights for C-suite executives and board members, securing buy-in for major technological investments.
- Talent & Culture: Recruit, mentor, and retain a world-class engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Vendor & Partner Relations: Manage relationships with key technology vendors and strategic partners to secure optimal solutions and pricing.
- Crisis Management: Lead the technical response to critical incidents and system outages, ensuring business continuity.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of progressive experience in software engineering, product management, or technology strategy, with at least 5 years in a leadership/executive role.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of defining and executing long-term technology roadmaps with a clear focus on future trends (2026+ horizon).
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP), microservices architecture, and data analytics.
- Leadership: Exceptional ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders without direct authority.
- Communication: Superior written and verbal communication skills, capable of presenting to diverse audiences.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with a focus on solving complex architectural challenges.
