Responsibilities
- Delight patients with personalized care including bathing, dressing, and feeding assistance
- Monitor vital signs and document patient observations accurately
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and therapeutic exercises
- Support patients' emotional well-being through compassionate communication
- Maintain clean, safe environments following infection control protocols
- Collaborate seamlessly with nursing staff to coordinate care plans
- Respond promptly to call lights and patient requests
Qualifications
- Active Tennessee CNA certification required
- Minimum 1 year acute care or long-term experience preferred
- Flexible availability for weekend shifts (Sat/Sun)
- CPR/BLS certification from an accredited provider
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Proficiency in electronic health record documentation
