Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming assistance.
- Monitor and record patient vital signs, such as blood pressure and temperature, accurately.
- Assist with mobility and transfers to ensure patient safety and prevent falls.
- Prepare and serve meals according to strict dietary restrictions and preferences.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and the nursing team regarding patient status.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized patient environment at all times.
Qualifications
- Current, unencumbered CNA License in the State of Ohio required.
- CPR/BLS certification is required.
- Previous experience in long-term care or home health preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) as required.
