Responsibilities
- Delicate personal care assistance including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Accurate vital sign monitoring and documentation
- Medication administration under RN supervision
- Assistance with mobility, transfers, and therapeutic exercises
- Comprehensive resident observation and reporting
- Collaborative care planning with interdisciplinary team
- Light housekeeping and meal support services
Qualifications
- Active Oregon CNA certification in good standing
- Minimum 1 year recent long-term care experience
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Exceptional interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexibility to cover rotating weekend shifts
- Valid Oregon driver's license preferred
- TB clearance and background check required
