Responsibilities
- Delight residents with personalized care assistance including bathing, dressing, and mobility support
- Monitor vital signs and document patient observations with precision
- Assist with medication administration under RN supervision

Qualifications
- Active Pennsylvania CNA certification required
- Minimum 1 year long-term care experience preferred
- BLS/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)

- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Proficient in electronic health record systems
