Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate care to patients in skilled nursing facilities
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Monitor vital signs and report changes to nursing staff
- Maintain accurate patient documentation
- Support patient mobility and safety protocols
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
Qualifications
- Active NM CNA certification required
- Minimum 6 months recent CNA experience
- Weekend availability essential
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
